As a solo traveler, I loved the homely and welcoming atmosphere of this hidden gem in Phnom Penh. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to help me with my last-minute travel arrangements. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean, with a fantastic patio on the second floor to relax. The bar/pool area was a great spot to unwind after a long day exploring the city, and the pool itself was clean and refreshing. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during my 1 1/2 months of travel in Vietnam and Cambodia.
Felt cozy, no complaints.

The hotel is conveniently located, just down the street, with easy access to all the action in the immediate area. The downstairs garden provides a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a long day of exploring. The room was cozy and had all the necessary amenities, including a jacuzzi bath and a water refill station on the first floor.
The limited English proficiency of the staff made it difficult to communicate and resolve issues with the room facilities.

The ambiance was fantastic, with a homely feeling. the rooms were large, with spotlessly clean facilities and comfortable bedding. the open-air area was a great place to unwind and relax after a long day, especially the clean and cool pool. the staff was exceptionally kind, responsive to minor issues, and went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome.
The hotel's location was a bit far from the tourist sites and required transportation to get around. the breakfast was limited in choices, but could be enjoyed on the balcony of the room.

The complementary breakfast and airport shuttle were great perks. The location was also convenient and easy to find. The pool was relaxing and refreshing.
The bed was terribly uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy. The food at the restaurant was unsatisfactory and the bar only served beer.
